To really stand out and make us fit for the future in a constantly changing world, each and every one of us at PwC needs to be a purpose-led and values-driven leader at every level. To help us achieve this we have the PwC Professional; our global leadership development framework. It gives us a single set of expectations across our lines, geographies and career paths, and provides transparency on the skills we need as individuals to be successful and progress in our careers, now and in the future.

As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

  • Use feedback and reflection to develop self awareness, personal strengths and address development areas.
  • Delegate to others to provide stretch opportunities, coaching them to deliver results.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems.
  • Use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current industry or sector trends.
  • Review your work and that of others for quality, accuracy and relevance.
  • Know how and when to use tools available for a given situation and can explain the reasons for this choice.
  • Seek and embrace opportunities which give exposure to different situations, environments and perspectives.
  • Use straightforward communication, in a structured way, when influencing and connecting with others.
  • Able to read situations and modify behavior to build quality relationships.
  • Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate multi-skilled operator to work in our London studios. This is a hugely versatile role within PwC's in-house team where we support a wide variety of the firm's multimedia output. The multimedia team works within PwC's Corporate Affairs team, supporting key strategic messaging and distribution of internal and external communications across our multimedia channels.

As part of the studio team you will produce video and audio content for all areas of PwC UK; working with marketing and communications staff to deliver on-brand and targeted content that engages audiences across all of our digital channels. Given the current environment, you will also produce and run virtual meetings and conferences from our green screen studio in London.

You should have a strong multimedia background and passion for technical knowledge. The role demands a solid understanding of cameras (technology & operation), sound (studio, location & podcasting), lighting (studio & location), editing (Adobe suite), live vision mixing, webcast technology and live streaming.

You'll work both collaboratively as a team and on individual projects; it's essential that you can perform well under the pressure of a live studio environment, as well as deliver individual deadlines and manage multiple projects.

  • Shoot and edit broadcast quality content - using green screen, virtual studios and shooting on locations around our offices.
  • Research and keep up to date with emerging video production innovations and consumer trends.
  • Work in a multi-project environment, effectively communicating with clients to deliver expected deadlines.
  • Maintenance of existing equipment and identify areas for improvement/upgrade.
  • Regularly review and share video metrics to understand user behavior and best practices.
  • Establishing and building working relationships with content owners, key stakeholders and clients.

Day to day responsibilities include
  • Multi-skill studio operation (virtual-set).
  • Concept creation and video treatment ideas.
  • Editing with Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Media and workflow management.
  • Quality control and thorough understanding of the PwC brand.
  • Equipment maintenance.
  • Single camera, location shooting (Sony FS7/A7sii).

Requirements Essential
  • Demo reel and/or portfolio of previous work.
  • At least two years' experience shooting and editing video in a professional environment.
  • Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of cameras, sound & lighting.
  • Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Premiere Pro & AE).
  • Experience of green screen keying in a live or post-production environment.
  • Knowledge of audio/video codecs and their relevant application.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise assignments while under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Positive approach to working both as an individual and within a team.

  • Multimedia related degree or foundation.
  • Experience of working in a live studio environment.
  • Experience of working in teams, large organisations or agencies.
  • A basic understanding of HTML.
