We are now looking for an experienced Supplier Manager to join our Digital, Data and Technology team to help us to achieve this.
As a Supplier Manager you will manage the full lifecycle of a group of contracts so that HM Land Registry receives the desired value from the relationships, whilst managing supplier performance against contract KPIs. You will undertake supplier and contract management responsibilities in the project / programme delivery of technology services or resources , ensuring commercial activities in relation to these contracts meet policy requirements and provide value for money.
Part of the role will involve coaching and mentoring colleagues in supplier management and encouraging their development and actively promote a service improvement culture.
To meet the requirements of this role, you will have experience of establishing strong working relationships with suppliers, delivering value to the organisation and managing suppliers through the on-boarding to exit lifecycle.
In addition, you will have proven experience of managing issue resolution and delivering improvements and creating an inclusive environment where new processes or procedures based on analysis of performance with suppliers are introduced.
The Digital, Data and Technology Directorate is the in-house IT division for HMLR. We are currently recruiting several roles to ensure the directorate’s teams contain the right blend of skills, experience and knowledge to take our major transformation programme forward. These teams are at the heart of the move to a digital, data-driven organisation with the ambition to provide our customers with cutting-edge digital services.
