Amazon is seeking a highly motivated, innovative, results orientated and technically adept Program Manager, with the leadership capability to own cross-functional workstreams across both operations and technology. In this role you will be collaborating with tech teams, third party logistics providers and internal stakeholders to prioritise opportunities and program manage them through to completion. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.

The successful candidate will be able to:
· Form cross-functional project teams and lead them to execute complex, customer focused projects across multiple organizations. You will be glue of the program, and can easily work with everyone from tech developers, product managers, operations and external resources to achieve results.
· Highlight and appropriately escalate any bottlenecks that block progress while proposing potential solutions to enable rapid decision making.
· Contribute to weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews, project updates and strategic deep dives.
· Conduct analysis of business opportunities to meet and exceed cost targets.
· Think strategically and execute methodically.
· Influence multiple cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines.


· BA Degree
· Experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Inventory Management.
· Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence internal and external stakeholders and deliver results.
· Strong data analysis, problem solving and program management skills. Advanced user of Excel.
· A good understanding of the Amazon inventory management systems.
· Strong written and oral communication skills.


· Experience with process improvement techniques such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
· Advanced SQL.
· Experience with EDI data exchange.
