Full time, part time, and occasional hours available to cover up to 37 hours per week, days and nights
Flexibility is important for this role to cover a range of shift patterns including, nights, weekends and bank holidays.
Dorset Learning Disability Service delivers to both residential and supported living services for adults with varying disabilities and complex needs and we are committed to ensuring that the people who use our services enjoy the highest quality of life. Our Support Workers are at the heart of our work enabling everyone we support to live their lives the way they choose. You will be required to provide person-centred care and support to individuals with physical and/or learning disabilities and behaviours that can challenge others so will need to be compassionate, creative, and honest, love working with people, and have their wellbeing as your top priority. You will also bring great positive energy and be able to work excellently as part of a team.
