This role entails...

This exciting opportunity will be crucial in supporting the Resourcing & Development team on Systems & Data requirements for all projects and day to day activity with a key focus on Taleo data. You will also be providing R&D with appropriate data in report or presentation format to support recruitment, selection, attraction, training offerings, to enable continuous improvement and decision making. As well as this you will be upskilling & providing training of ITV systems to R&D and business colleagues

Some Key Responsibilities:

  • To support the R&D team on Systems & Data requirements for all projects and day to day activity with a key focus on Taleo data
  • Ability to collate and manipulate data across the HR programmes through the various channels, interrupting data to create customer friendly presentations
  • Support the team with Data queries & resolutions across the various HR platforms which currently include but not limited too: Praxis, Taleo, Oracle, Org Vue & Culture Amp
  • Working knowledge of databases, data structures and reporting systems
  • Work closely with Project leaders & stakeholders to be the data expert within the project advising on best practice and take accountability for ensuring the system and data provides accurate data and reporting, risk and impact
  • Support analysis of training completion rates across R&D offerings including Diversity & Inclusion training
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders such as HR Services, BIFs, Technology to ensure R&D requirements are dealt with efficiently and effectively.

To be considered for this opportunity you will need to demonstrate the following skills:

  • Highly numerate and very confident in manipulating and analysing large amounts of sensitive data
  • Proven data analysis experience & building presentations to support HR, R&D and stakeholders (Minimum criteria)
  • Good understanding and experience of business analysis skills, techniques, and practices
  • High attention to detail and a determination to strive for accuracy and excellence of all data produced by the team (Minimum criteria)
  • Ability to confidently present to wide range of audiences & experience of using data
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills (Minimum criteria)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, able to explain analysis in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to work autonomously or within a team with strong organisational skills when faced with changing priorities
  • Ability to pick up systems & processes quickly (Minimum criteria)
  • Highly organised and methodically able to follow process
  • Flexibility & Adaptability (Minimum Criteria)
  • Problem solving (Minimum criteria)

Preferred experience:

  • Experience of working with 3rd party suppliers of solutions
  • Experience of using Oracle, Taleo & Praxis
