Do you enjoy a challenge and problem solving? Do you have a customer centric mind-set? We are currently recruiting for a Systems Support Analyst to join our Systems Support team in Leeds.

As a Systems Support Analyst you'll provide technical assistance and support to Operational departments so that we can deliver an exceptional customer service to our members. This may involve resolving system issues and providing testing support for key projects and developments. You'll also be involved in ad-hoc projects as well as business critical tasks such as year end reporting.

Do you have the skills and experience for the role?
  • Experience using Microsoft Office with medium to advanced skill level in Excel including previous experience of analysing and manipulating data for reports and knowledge of Macros and high level formulae.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.
  • Adaptable with the ability to prioritise a wide variety of responsibilities and work well under pressure to meet deadlines,
  • Confidence to make decisions, solve problems and challenge where appropriate.
  • Previous experience contributing to projects and taking ownership of pieces of work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including a high level of literacy and numeracy.
  • Excellent team player.
  • Educated to A Level standard or equivalent.
  • IT & Business support experience
  • Experience in a Financial Services environment, particularly previous Building Society experience.
