Who are we?

We are the people behind method + ecover. We’ve always done things differently – we’re fearless thinkers, mad scientists and adventurous designers who believe that making soap leads to brave ideas, bold inventions and beautiful bubbles. We started small but we have big plans to make the world a cleaner, greener, more colourful place. We invite everyone to join us as we pioneer a future where doing business is doing good for all.

Let’s get one thing straight – you’re not coming here to just sell soap, or cleaning products. You’re joining us to move the hearts, souls and minds of others all over the world that see the world differently. We think about cleaning as an act of creative expression, a gesture of rebellion, and, yes, an escape from the normal. We take cleaning seriously – but not ourselves.

Alongside our friends Mrs Meyers and Babyganics, we are collectively known as Lifestyle Brands and are part of the SC Johnson family.

What’s the role?

We’re on the search for a passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to join our inhouse team and support our recruitment delivery across Europe. Attracting and selecting the very best talent for our business is a hugely important role and one we take very seriously. Day to day you’ll oversee the majority of our live recruitment campaigns – ensuring excellent end to end delivery, brilliant stakeholder management, and happy candidates. You’ll be a strong partner to hiring managers and will work hard to ensure we bring in the best talent, in the best way, for every role.

You’ll play a big role in our mission to hire directly, and you will help drive a reduction in the time it takes us to fill our roles. You will use creative methods to attract strong, diverse talent, and you’ll always be looking for better ways of doing things.

As well as a passion for people and great organizational skills, we are looking for someone with proven experience in an in-house environment. You’ll have strong experience of hiring directly, ideally at a variety of levels, and it’ll be a bonus if you have worked within the FMCG industry.
