Our client is on a very focused mission to lead in their industry and investment in their people is at the top of their agenda for 2020! They have been widely recognised for their product innovation and they have doubled their workforce in the last year. As part of this continued growth, they are looking to grow their HR function and we are delighted to be recruiting exclusively for a newly created, Talent Acquisition Partner role on a permanent basis.
Reporting into the HR Director, you will be working in a close-knit HR team and you will have full ownership of the internal talent acquisition function. You will be responsible for driving a direct sourcing model and for managing end to end recruitment processes across the business in the UK. On top of managing the delivery of recruitment processes, you will be taking the lead on a number of strategic projects such as: implementing new recruitment tech, developing the firms EVP and working on wider talent development and HR projects.
This role is permanent, full time but we are open to candidates who would like to work flexibly. They are an expanding and dynamic business and as such, they offer a range of agile and flexible working options. With full remote access, you will have the opportunity to work from home on a regular basis. More so, this is actually encouraged! Their head office is based in Stratford, right next to the station and also Westfield shopping centre.
You will ideally need to bring at least a couple of years' experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, in either an agency or an internal environment. You will be a natural people person and knowledge of the property sector would give you a head start, but this is not essential. In return, this role will provide you with a great opportunity for development. The structure of the organisation is flat, which means your role is incredibly broad and comes with a great deal of autonomy and flexibility. More so, you will be able to play a key role in the strategic direction of the business and their people agenda.
