SHL is looking for a leader to execute SHL's strategy in Talent Management Solutions across our global customer base.

This role is key to transform SHL from an Assessment and Services organisation into a data insights and technology organisation, with a reputation of offering best in class solutions to clients across a diverse and varied portfolio of sectors.

This role will report to the Solution Group Owner for all of Talent Management. Both roles are part of SHL's Growth Office. This role has high visibility across the SHL Senior Leadership and Executive Teams.

Because this is a global role, we are open to strong candidates between North America and Europe.

Job Purpose:

A Solutions Group Lead has in-depth knowledge of our customers and their needs. They influence a number of functions (technology, product, marketing, commercial R&D) to execute on SHL's vision.

They clearly understanding market dynamics facing a CHRO and Heads of Talent Management, creating future customer requirements, revenue opportunities and thought leadership to increase sales, renewals and customer advocacy.

Understanding customer and sales data to influence our strategies is key.

You're likely to have a strong background in at least one of the following areas:

  • Commercial or Consulting leadership experience in the HR / Human Capital industry, with an extensive understanding of the opportunities that CHRO's have to transform their business.
  • Product or Product Marketing Leadership in the HR / Human Capital industry, with an extensive understanding of the opportunities that CHRO's have to transform their business.
  • Current or recent experience as a practitioner leading Talent Management programs and transformations inside an organisation.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Implement annual business plan for specific Talent Management solutions, working with product, marketing and commercial teams
  • Develop and implement company-wide new and current solution go-to-market plans
  • Be the expert in the company with respect to the competition in Talent Management and create a market-leading Solution (with market messaging) to differentiate from the competition.
  • Manage the entire Talent Management Solution life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
  • Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by discussions with clients, prospects and industry experts.
  • Drive a solution set across the product, marketing, pricing, commercial and engineering teams through a clear articulation of market requirements and positioning.
  • Deliver revenue and growth projections of solutions within the assigned solution areas
  • Enable Commercial and Customer facing teams on new Solution developments and go-to-market activities.
