9 Months Fixed Term Contract

37.5 hours Monday - Friday

Salary: £25,000 per annum pro rata + benefits

Charity, Health & Social Care Location: Home Based with an expectation of travel to central office in Epsom HQ office.

About The Role

We're looking for a Talent Attraction Coordinator to join our team to coordinate day to day recruitment activity across the region's, working on priority homes to support with resourcing and retention. You will support the team and Hiring Managers to deliver an exemplary end to end recruitment service for all permanent, FTC, temporarily and hard to fill positions, including advertising, proactive sourcing, screening, shortlisting and interviews. There is administration support but an expectation is to support with offers and on-boarding, social media campaigns and digital marketing to improve our attraction and brand awareness networking and building pipelines.
