Team Administrator - 37.5 hours per week

Are you an experienced and motivated administrator? If so, we have an opportunity for you to join our administrative team, supporting services across West Sussex.

As a Team Administrator, you will act as a key point of contact for the senior management team, ensuring that members of the public, external stakeholders and colleagues within the Trust receive a courteous and supportive response to a range of queries and requests for information. You will also provide administrative support to the senior managers, working closely with the general managers. This will involve email and diary management, arranging meetings, taking minutes which may involve travel to other Trust sites, and producing papers for regular meetings.

The successful candidate will hold a NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in business administration and demonstrate effective organisational and communication skills. They will be a proficient user of Microsoft Office, and able to present information in a clear, concise, and engaging way.
