Job Title: Team Assistant, 4Studio
Reports to: Managing Director, 4Studio
Department: Nations & Regions
Location: Leeds

JOB PURPOSE
This role requires an experienced and highly skilled Team Assistant to provide an exceptional level of comprehensive administrative and organisational support to 4Studio. The role will be based at the new National HQ in Leeds.

It is imperative to have worked in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities are constantly shifting and to embrace new and challenging situations.

We are looking for excellent organisation, planning and prioritisation skills, along with a high degree of initiative and a self-starting attitude.

It is essential to be comfortable engaging with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders and industry professionals and to represent C4 in a professional manner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Acting as the lynch-pin of the 4Studio office, the first point of contact for department queries
  • Pro-active diary management for the MD, Head of Social, and Head of Content within 4Studio, with the ability to deal with changing circumstances
  • Ensures daily schedules run to time and proactively deals with changes
  • Proactively prepares for meetings, including organising rooms, guests, documents and equipment
  • Arranges travel, accommodation, venue bookings and processes expenses for the team when required
  • Works closely with other EAs and PAs across the business to support 4Studio
  • Contributes expertise and support to the core National HQ team
  • Provide support in organising departmental meetings and social events when required
  • Undertake all other reasonable admin duties as needed
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
  • Previous experience of supporting teams or senior leaders at PA/EA level
  • Excellent diary management skills and experience
  • Advanced MS Office skills - PowerPoint, Word & Excel
  • Proven experience of managing highly confidential materials and issues
  • Is an efficient multi-tasker and calm under pressure
  • Superior organisational skills
  • Highly proactive and well-versed in preparing in advance
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills in order to interact confidently and effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Displays a friendly and positive attitude
  • Understands the importance of punctuality and a flexible approach
  • Has a strong interest in broadcast media
  • Has a passion for and is aligned to the C4 values and remit
  • Previous experience of TV would be great but not essential
