Barnet Enfield and Haringey Mental Health Trust is a multiple award-winning, combined mental health and community Trust providing local, regional and national healthcare services. This service treats and cares for people within the criminal justice system who have mental health conditions. We have also been appointed as the lead provider of forensic mental health services across North London managing the devolved New Models of care budget of £170m from 2018/19. NLFS delivers mental health care across some of the prisons and provides mental health services as HM Young Offenders Institutions in Aylesbury.

We also provide one of the largest eating disorder services in England, as well as drug and alcohol services and mental health liaison services in North Middlesex University Hospitals Trust.

TEAM COORDINATOR / TEAM LEADER

The North London Forensic Service provides forensic mental health services in both inpatient and community settings. We pride ourselves on providing high quality services to those with mental health problems who have come into contact with the Criminal Justice System and our inpatient services were recently rated as "outstanding" by the Care Quality Commission.

You will be required to work 5 days a week at the British Transport Police based in Palestra - Southward London, on occasions you will be required to attend BEH sites as and when required.

We are seeking a dynamic, well-organised, and pro-active administrator. You will need working knowledge of all key IT systems, especially Microsoft excel / databases and should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a good eye for detail. The ability to organise and prioritise work under pressure so as to meet strict deadlines is an essential feature of this job. You should have an understanding of confidentiality issues and the ability to use your initiative.

The successful applicant will join a 30 strong admin team based at Chase Farm Hospital and will be aligned to work with our Liaison and Diversion Services, which are community based. Primarily this will be supporting our team of nurses who work in partnership with the British Transport Police Suicide Prevention Team, based in London SE1, where you will be required to work one day a week.
