The Role

Can you bring your excellent Administrative skills and knowledge for our Community CAMH Team?

We have a temporary placement opportunity available for a Team/Medical Secretary at Royal Bolton.

To be an initial point of contact for the service and respond to all enquiries in a professional and sensitive manner, and, to provide a responsive, comprehensive clerical and administrative service to the multi-disciplinary team, in order to support them to provide an efficient and effective service for the benefit of this complex, and often challenging client group.

The skills required are

• Experience of working within the NHS

• Experience of medical secretary/team administrator position

• Previous experience of EPR system

• Excellent organisation skills

• Good telephone manner

• RSA typing/audiotyping, desirable

• Good IT Skills Be able to use Microsoft Office Packages

• GSCE Maths and English or equivalent
