Contract: Fixed term until 31 March 2024 - working 35 hours per week. We welcome applications for part-time or job-shares
Salary: £32,615 (outside London) £34,812 (London) plus excellent benefits
Location: Bristol or London Arts Council England office. Flexible hybrid working.
Two exciting opportunities have arisen to join the Digital Culture Network as an eCommerce Tech Champion and email marketing Tech Champion. The network supports the development of skills of the arts and cultural sector in England.
Do you enjoy supporting and mentoring others? Do you want to help arts and cultural organisations improve their digital skills? This role involves providing actionable 1-2-1 advice, delivery of training and creating resources to share best practice and to mentor organisations to make the most of their eCommerce opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced eCommerce or email marketing professional, who has a good understanding of how arts organisations might use this technology to their best advantage.They should have drive, ambition and the communication skills to encourage and support organisations at all levels to realise their digital ambitions in this area.
You will work closely as part of a dynamic and friendly national team of Tech Champions to provide support and expertise across the country. You will be highly motivated and able to work independently on your initiative as well as proactively contribute to national team working.
