Summary Description

Collaboration Technical Change Management, will be responsible for facilitating the adoption of global collaboration tools based on best practices and member firm business needs. Must be comfortable leading and articulating the steps of adopting the tools to member firm application owners, technical leads, users and team members.

Strategic & Technical Orientation / Job Content

Responsible for considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment and prepares specific requirements from which applications can be developed; writes a detailed description of user needs, program functions, and conducts necessary steps to facilitate adoption of collaboration tools and remediation of legacy tools. Analyzing business and user needs, documenting requirements, and revising existing system logic difficulties as necessary are included in this role. Has full technical knowledge of all phases of applications systems analysis and understands SDLC methodology. In addition, is able to effectively prepare and maintain the following material / tools:
  • Business Process
  • Process Flow Analysis
  • Application Migration Process and Design Best Practices
  • Experience working with end users, testers and administrators

Collaborates with other members of project team while also operating independently with respect to most day-to-day activities, seeking input and approval related to most matters of significance. Has ability to make effective recommendations based upon deep knowledge. Works collaboratively within project teams, and works collaboratively with business staff and partners in order to determine business requirements.

Scope of responsibility
  • Functions as an individual team contributor, although may coach others who are assigned to his/her project on a temporary basis.

  • Analyzes/Identifies areas of risk and develops plans to minimize

  • Works effectively and individually with Technical and Non-Technical customers and team members including executives, project sponsors, application owners, technical leads, users, migration engineers, program/project managers, etc.
  • Shares similar mentality as existing team members toward customer satisfaction and success
  • Oversees, and has accountability for the successful completion of all aspects of assigned project work
  • Is able to exercise independent judgment, and take the lead role on project level activities with minimal direction from program or project manager
  • Is able to effectively facilitate meetings, instigate, lead and attain consensus on server migration scheduling while interacting with multiple levels of application team members.
  • Shares expertise and feedback to improve the Migration Process.
Skills & experience
  • Professional certification in CISSP, CISA or other relevant areas preferred
  • Previous consulting experience in Business / Systems Analysis preferred
  • Ability to facilitate several different types of remote meetings including initiation calls, kickoff calls, follow-up meetings, migration events and track process communications.
  • Extensive experience with MS Office suite and Proficiency in modern collaboration tools such as O365, GSuite, and PowerApps.
  • Basic knowledge of ITSM / ITIL
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and drive change management adoption meetings
  • Basic Knowledge of implementation and configuration of enterprise systems
  • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies
