Reporting to the Capital Projects Surveyor you will support the delivery team in ensuring consistently high standards of quality control through onsite technical assessment, adhering to specification. You will ensure compliance with the contract specification, preparing defect schedules for rectification and monitoring performance standards; minimising risk, monitoring progress, assist in the preparation of payment valuations and financial management of the project, reporting as appropriate. 

You will provide effective supervision to ensure consistently high quality standards through robust monitoring and supervision for each project, via site visits, assessing all aspects of quality control. The post holder will provide accurate, up to date and concise information for internal and external audits as and when required.

To be successful, it is essential you have a track record of managing investment programmes to a high level of quality and performance, as well as a demonstrable knowledge of building construction, standards, planning regulations, regulatory standards and leasehold legislation.

You will also hold significant experience managing contractors to meet define objectives or targets.
