We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager who will be responsible to identify and develop national partnerships with affinity groups such as small business owner, entrepreneurship, and under-represented business owner communities, with the intent to recruit potential entrepreneurs for the DSP program.

Key responsibilities include:
· Development of national partnerships with affinity groups to share our program opportunities to target audiences and begin a program flywheel.
· Nurturing and managing relationship with partners at EU level.
· Developing strategic vision for external organizations and partnerships that add value to prospective candidates and current DSPs
· Representing our overall DSP program in front of groups, large and small, including a strong ability to answer complex questions on the fly. Strong candidates will have an expert ability to translate abstract concepts into an engaging vision for their audience.
· Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment


· Bachelor's degree
· Languages: Proficient in English
· This leader has 10+ years of experience in business development, or account management with a proven ability to deliver results.
· A history of developing effective, value-add partnerships in ambiguous spaces
· Solid negotiation & communications skills and a high bar for accuracy and detail
· This leader is an owner and expected to work autonomously in a ever-growing and rapidly changing environment
· Flexibility to travel to accommodate business need
· Competent in Microsoft Excel


· Other EU Languages
· Prior logistics or human resources experience
· Knowledge of recruitment tools
· Knowledge of Salesforce
