UK Sales Support Administrator

What’s the role?
We are looking for a superstar sales support administrator to join our UK hub team and provide excellent partnership to our National Account Managers. You'll need a keen eye for detail, and great organisational skills.
Day to day you will be supporting our National Account Managers (Sales team) with their customer invoices. You'll use an online tool (Anaplan) matching values versus accruals and inputting relevant information. You'll spend time feeding back to the team and ensuring we are well organised and tracking invoices correctly. Please note this is a 2-day week role and is for a 9-month fixed-term contract. The good news is that we can be flexible as to how you do these two days e.g. could be 4 x half days etc!
- You'll need to have previous administrative experience
- You'll need invoice matching experience
- Anaplan experience would be a benefit (though not essential)
- You will need a positive approach to your work, and lots of self-motivation
