What’s the role?

The UK is our largest market within Lifestyle Brands Europe, as such the leadership & delivery of world class supply chain results are key to our success and continued growth. The UK SCM is responsible for delivering world class; customer service levels, demand plans, inventory management & fostering an effective 3rd Party Logistics partnership.

This is a people leadership role and has two direct team members, both of which are UK based Customer Service Associates (CSAs). The CSAs require an inspiring people leader to drive their development plans & support to deliver on our operational customer service goals across the UK mass market, wholesale & e-com channels. The UK SCM reports directly to the EU Planning Manager (also based in Richmond) & sits on our UK leadership team for effective collaboration both cross-functionally and for the UK business.

This person will be the spark that starts a fire to deliver world class service levels to our UK customers by leading the UK CSA team and acting as the supply chain escalation point for major improvements & issue resolution.

Experience you’ll need:

This role covers 3 distinct areas: Demand Planning, Logistics and Customer Service and as such we need candidates to demonstrate experience across these areas.
  • Significant experience in a retail/branded FMCG environment.
  • Direct people leadership experience – able to inspire, tackle difficult discussions, develop & drive a team to deliver.
  • Strong working knowledge of forecasting & ERP systems – SAP specifically preferred.
  • Demand planning guru – understanding theory of building accurate demand plans and its importance to the business.
  • 3rd Party Logistics contract knowledge & able to navigate and negotiate to manage performance levels.
