The IM&T team within North Bristol Trust are moving the digital agenda forward with a number of key projects including the implementation of an Electronic Patient Record system.

These are exciting and forward thinking digital transformations that we need people to assist us in delivering by covering systems implementation skills such as:
  • The training and support of clinical and operational teams
  • Being subject matter experts of the systems so that advice and guidance can be given for their best use
  • Testing of system functionality
  • The development of system configuration changes to meet the specific needs of the trust
  • The creation of processes and procedures in system usage to aide a standardised approach to system usage

The Systems Implementation Specialists Group are responsible for the delivery, planning, co-ordination and evaluation of a number of IT Clinical Systems through the Trust, therefore the successful candidate should have a good understanding of a Trust wide EPR.

We are a new and developing team focused and motivated with a positive approach and experience in the challenges that the moving to a digital environment brings.

Candidates should have experience working with IT clinical systems, a training environment and systems implementation.

A recognised training qualification is desirable but not essential for this role. As well as a positive, motivated and professional approach to resolving challenges.
