An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our new digital design team. The successful candidate will undertake investigations of users and their requirements in order to add context and insight into the process of designing the user experience. They will employ a variety of techniques, tools and methodologies to reach conclusions, determine facts and uncover problem areas. This will reveal valuable information which will feed into the design process.

Byensuring that the requirements of change requests are accurately captured from all perspectives. This ensures that the right solution is designed and the end products meets the needs of clinicians and people who use our services.

This would suit an individual who has a good level of understanding of user research and best practices of user centred design.

Please note that all salaries shown are based on whole time of 37.5 hours per week for non-medical roles and 40 hours per week for medical roles, part time roles are pro-rated accordingly.
