Part time, 14 hours per week. Some weekend hours maybe required.
As a Volunteer Co-ordinator with Leonard Cheshire you will work with the Service Manager to recruit, induct, train and retain volunteers to support residents in our care home. You will identify activities to be supported by volunteers, provide reports to monitor performance, undertake regular role views and obtain customer feedback regarding the successes of volunteer support. This position will also require occasional cover at two other services in Kent- full details will be provided at interview.

•Have experience of volunteer recruitment and selection procedures.
•Demonstrable experience of researching, planning and organising volunteering activities.
•Have experience of working with customers who have disabilities.
•Work flexibly to meet the needs of the service, (including occasional weekends and evenings).
•Be able to travel locally.
