Job description
RNIB's Volunteering and Resourcing team has a great job opportunity for a Volunteering Insight Manager. You'll lead on our volunteering insight gathering, reporting and communication activity.

This exciting role gives you the opportunity to deliver volunteering insight projects, including the annual volunteering surveys and management information reports. You'll coordinate the monitoring and evaluation of volunteering pilots and programmes to ensure our volunteering offer meets RNIB's strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will have experience of conducting research and communicating your findings to a range of audiences. You'll have sound knowledge of research methods and the ability to use different systems or tools.

While this role will focus on volunteering insight and communication activity, you'll have the opportunity to support other key areas of work within the Volunteering team to ensure volunteers have a good quality experience.
