Brief Description
Do you have Signalling experience?
Could you use that knowledge to develop others?
We are looking for Signalling Trainers to join our team to deliver Initial Signaller Training (IST). Your role will be extremely important as you will be responsible for training and enhancing the competencies and behaviours of our employees.
Currently the Operations Training team provide training for AB, NX and VDU simulators. We are looking to expand our delivery within the Routes more locally to meet the increased demand for IST courses.
If you have excellent communication skills, a thorough Signalling knowledge and can motivate and inspire others, this could be the career for you.
Please note that this is a Nationwide role but if successful you will be located in your nearest Training Centre which will be at Romford which is where the majority of the training you deliver will take place. In exceptional circumstances there may be an occasional request for you to support another route.
It is essential for this role that you have experience working in Railways and have experience in Signalling - in this case experience working Absolute Block is essential

Job Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Essential
Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
Thorough knowledge of the Signalling.
Ability to affect a culture change
Ability to motivate and inspire
Ability to demonstrate the management capabilities of developing, thinking, achieving and inspiring
