Workplace Operations Manager (Global) at :

A new and exciting role to lead our Workspace Management program (defined as Home internally) to the next level. Reporting into the Senior People Experience Manager, you will be responsible for delivering workspace excellence across our global office portfolio.

Managing our workspace team in London and mentoring our regional leads you will support 's rapid growth by developing and driving forward strategic change. Ensuring our operations are scalable and sustainable, you will optimise delivery through global standardisation and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will ensure our workspace portfolio showcases our company culture and shared values (Aspire, Excel, Unite), whilst also taking into consideration each region's unique style and flavour.

What you will be doing:
    • Ensuring a consistent workspace management approach across our global portfolio
    • Managing our People Experience (workspace) team based at our London HQ
    • Mentoring all regional People Experience leads across the globe
    • Introducing Smart Building technology
    • Delivering innovation and sustainability initiatives
    • Driving budget controls and cost effectiveness Implementing global systems and processes
    • Developing a standardised contractor management framework
    • Rolling out global standards and SLAs both internally and externally
    • Continuously developing our talented team through targeted training programs
    • Collaborating cross functionally with our People Operations, Finance and Legal teams

About you:
    • Proven experience of delivering workspace excellence across multiple regions
    • Detailed knowledge of building compliance requirements
    • Strong vendor and contract management experience
    • Good understanding of workspace technology solutions
    • Excellent leadership and people management skills
    • Ability to adapt to changing requirements seamlessly
    • Data driven approach and solutions focused
    • Proactive, always thinking one step ahead
    • Used to working in a fast-paced environment
    • Hands-on, always ready to roll up your sleeves and go the extra mile for the team
    • Superb communication skills, ability to interact at all levels within the organisation
