Youth Employment Coordinator (Change 100)
About the Role
We have ambitious targets to grow our flagship Change 100 programme and we are seeking a proactive and effective Coordinator to join the team and help us achieve our vision. Change 100 is our flagship talent programme that supports the UK’s top employers to provide 3-month paid internship opportunities for disabled students and graduates, enabling them to create more inclusive workplaces – www.change100.co.uk
As Youth Employment Coordinator (Change 100) you will play a pivotal role in the team and will support the full cycle of Change 100; student recruitment and shortlisting, supporting assessment centres, matching successful candidates to placements and liaising with our partner employers. You will be encouraged to think of creative and innovative ways to ensure the programme has the greatest impact and will support the team with administration and coordination.
The role will be based in London with occasional travel across the UK.
The right candidate will have the skills to swiftly establish and maintain effective relationships and hit the ground running. You will have demonstrable experience supporting a busy team and managing multiple competing priorities. You will enjoy working with a range of stakeholders, from interns to employer partners, and be a confident communicator.
