Job Details

About the role:

The role will report directly to General Manager, Philippines. Philippines is the strategic market for the region's business. The Sales Manager II will be a key member of the Philippine sales leadership Team. The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the country Field Sales/Internal sales to achieve area/territories sales objectives and deliver exceptional service to our customers in the market.

Requirements:
  • To take ownership and exceed sales targets through the local implementation of the Country Sales Plan
  • Recruit, develop and manage a high-performance team of field/internal sales personnel by setting, communicating and monitoring aligned goals and objectives, implementing remedial actions where required.
  • Motivate & lead the Field/internal Sales teams to drive significant growth in Corporate Account, Key Account in the geography.
  • Ensure customer data and segmentation for the geography is managed and maintained to enable accurate analysis of trends and KPMs, and to maximize Marketing campaign outcomes.
  • Lead the area/territory sales team to achieve high levels of employee engagement and performance in line with the strategic objective to develop a "highly engaged and passionate workforce".
  • To train & coach best practice sales methods and the RS offer to drive high performance.
  • To work with internal departments to leverage the full RS value to support our customers.
  • Ensure maintenance of accurate and up-to-date data within the SAP and other office system
  • Use financial and customer data to analyse and plan effective territory coverage to exceed territory sales/growth targets.
  • To prepare, plan and run effective conferences/team meetings to deliver and monitor the company and regional objectives.
  • Analyze & provide monthly data on sales and KPM achievement.
  • Manage existing budget effectively to develop & drive business growth & margins.
  • Creating sales strategy with RS business offer like E-solution, Inventory Management, RS Pro brands, developing strategic brands partners.

Requirements:
  • Experience in Account Management and proven track record in Sales, preferably in a technical environment.
  • Results driven which put emphasis on the importance of review process and execution.
  • Graduate or equivalent preferred, with a business/Management qualification
  • People Management skills and experience of managing a remote team (an advantage)
  • Proven track record in building, retaining and motivating a high-performance team.
  • Financial and business awareness with good analytical skills.
  • Strong IT skills, especially Microsoft Excel. (an advantage)
  • Excellent communication, negotiating and influencing skills.
  • Ability to take ownership and set own goals and priorities.
