Job Details

PHD Global are looking for an Activation Director role who can lead a sizeable team. This role is a leadership position, where you will have responsibility of 4-5 small team leads who are close to the biddable activity in EMEA markets.

Reporting into the Head of Activation, this role will responsible for team management & staffing, pod revenue growth and profitability, work quality, biddable consulting and activation principles. You will have extensive experience working across multiple digital channels and a plethora of platforms. You will have a passion for developing excellence in a large team and enjoy the accountability brought by information-hungry clients.

We are looking for the next digital leaders with excellent communication skills, who are ready to take their next steps to agency leadership!

Simply put, a media agency takes a client’s messaging for their brand and looks at how best to strategically communicate it to the consumer, taking into account people’s habits and behaviours (when and what they watch, read, listen to, how they buy products etc.). A media agency will typically have many departments that cover each specialist area within this process, all working together to deliver commercially successful, outstanding campaigns for the client.
