Job Details

PHD Global are looking for a Senior Digital Manager to join our digital activations team on a leading pharmaceuticals client. The Senior Manager will be a pod lead and a Programmatic craft specialist tasked with upholding best practice & seamless activation across the team. They will work across EMEA markets to lead best in class campaign activation, technology and process integration with a team of buyers, steering weekly performance and pacing optimisation sessions. They will lead our testing and measurement programmes and collaborate on roadmaps that support our cleints' measurement and innovation agenda. This role will interface with regional and local client and agency stakeholders as well as internal team members within our local agency teams. The ideal candidate for the Senior Manager role will be a seasoned practitioner in programmatic, who demonstrates enthusiasm and passion for the craft. They will have an excellent perspective on the European programmatic supplier landscape and will be comfortable with client contact and enjoy presenting new ideas and discussing industry trends. We are looking for someone with an analytical and creative mindset who can apply their expertise to client challenges and come up with innovative solutions to problems. They should be comfortable owning projects and putting processes into place to track and ensure delivery of successful outcomes.
