Multi-Cultural

We’re working to improve the representation of Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic (BAME) people across Balfour Beatty, and provide fair access to leadership roles. Gender Equality

Men and women from across our business are working together to create a more diverse and inclusive construction sector by arranging events and sharing experiences which encourages gender equality.
