This is a great opportunity to join us as Interim Chief Executive while we recruit to the permanent role.

Under the leadership of the outgoing Chief Executive, UNICEF UK has made progressive strides towards delivering our four-year strategy. In that time there was record-breaking income raised, and a continued journey towards a high performing and inclusive people and culture.

As Interim Chief Executive , you will provide stable leadership and continuity to maintain the pace of growth and ambition. You will be a strong, confident, and calm leader, someone who possesses high levels of empathy and emotional intelligence, along with strong skills in operating in transition roles. Your ability to quickly build trust and earn respect from the Board and UNICEF colleagues globally will be an asset to our organisation. In addition, you will be leading a high-performing Executive team, and your ability to provide stability and confidence despite changes will be crucial to our success. Our salaries are competitive and are benchmarked externally each year. You’ll receive 25 days of annual leave from your start date, rising to 30 days with service.
