The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Compliance Administration Assistant to join our specialist Compliance team.

You will assist with:

  • Filing audits to meet regulations, managing various spreadsheets and running reports;
  • Responding to staff queries, ensuring reviews are up to date, creation and maintenance of data records;
  • Accessing law library resources, including creating accounts and managing access for staff;
  • Electronic filing of documents;
  • Creating bundles of documents to support complaint responses;
  • Arranging inductions and organising regular staff compliance update meetings;
  • DBS checks online for new staff members;
  • General support for the Compliance department.

You will ideally have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a very high level of numerical accuracy and intermediate IT skills (Excel and Word);
  • The ability to work to deadlines, a firm commitment to being an exceptional team player, excellent organisation skills and excellent attention to detail;
  • Previous compliance and/or complaints handling experience;  
  • A degree (this is preferable, but not essential).
