About the role:

The role involves generating and closing sales leads within a territory, working with new, lapsed, and high potential customers, providing a first-class customer experience, and educating on the RS Value Proposition.

Responsibililities:
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to specific customer lists in the CRM.
  • Identify and prioritize key customers within the account.
  • Understand customers' past experiences and current purchasing behaviors.
  • Process quotes and Bill-Of-Materials, ensuring orders are completed.
  • Expand contacts and manage customer data within CRM and SAP systems.
  • Update sales activities within CRM and SAP.
  • Generate sales leads within CRM and collaborate with internal and external sales teams to complete the sales process.
  • Support and contribute to marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Achieve or exceed specified sales targets.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience minimum 2 years of working in an outbound sales environment
  • Knowledge of using CRM/ SAP or other ERP system, and Microsoft packages
  • English level - basic level of writing/reading
