Our Pensions Administration business continues to grow and we are now looking for an experienced Administration Manager to join our vibrant office with hybrid working. This is an exciting role and would most likely suit someone with previous experience in a role where they have gained knowledge and experience of defined benefits schemes, managing or team lead a small team and pensions legislation.

We advise on all things workplace pensions related. The Role

As a Administration Manager with XPS you will...
  • Ensure provision of high-quality pension administration and consultancy services
  • Participate in strategic business changes
  • Oversee day-to-day management of client relationships with trustees and corporate clients
  • Provide expert advice solutions to pensions queries
  • Train and support other and less experienced team members
  • Take responsibility for all aspects of admin billing
Your profile
  • Significant working experience within Defined Benefits pension schemes is a must
  • Expert knowledge on pension administration activites and legislation
  • Previous supervisory, leadership and management experience
  • Project management experience
  • Knowledge and experience of MS office products such as Excel and Word
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisation skills
