MarTech Manager
Location: London (Hybrid)

RS Group is in search of a MarTech Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. As a MarTech Manager, you will take on the role of platform owner, overseeing the introduction of our inaugural customer data platform (CDP) roadmap and backlog. Your responsibility will be to ensure that the CDP not only delivers but also propels us into new and exciting dimensions of performance.

What you'll be doing
  • Spearheading the introduction of our inaugural CDP roadmap and backlog, all while ensuring that the CDP propels our performance to new and innovative heights
  • Shaping the MarTech, CX (Customer Experience), and data landscape
  • Assuming ownership of a spectrum of capabilities and platform
  • Developing and continuously refining the product roadmap
  • Maintaining a backlog of enhancements and features aimed at driving performance
  • Collaborating with partners and vigilantly monitoring the environment for fresh MarTech opportunities
About you

The ideal candidate will have experience working with existing CDP experience - preferably Treasure Data as well as the following qualifications:
  • Experience in implementing, operating, or leveraging an existing customer data platform (CDP)
  • Proficiency in the latest developments in digital and advertising ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and an understanding of their impact on the customer experience
  • Proficient in understanding requirements, translating them into actionable product roadmaps, and effectively executing those roadmaps.
  • Demonstrated expertise in various MarTech areas, including email and marketing automation, campaign and advertising platforms, data management platforms (DMPs), CRM, digital tagging, and privacy technology
  • Proven experience working with colleagues across marketing and digital departments (preferably spanning multiple countries)
  • An innate curiosity about the rapidly evolving MarTech landscape, and a commitment to staying abreast of trends, features, and innovations in the field
