Role Description
The role is responsible for supporting the firm's awareness, behaviour and culture change program changing the way we, as individuals and a business, respond to risk, creating a risk positive culture.
As the Information Security Analyst within the Comms and Education team you will support the design, development and delivery of the Information Security Awareness.
This role will suit someone with a keen interest and understanding of Information Security who is a great communicator, pragmatic and who is able to assess the objectives and requirements of a given initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Information Security Comms and Education manager, in identifying, managing and resourcing security awareness and educational needs to reduce the human risk within the business
- Create programmes and initiatives to increase user engagement, awareness and compliance with security requirements
- Design and support phishing simulation programmes
- Lead initiatives to improve InfoSec engagement with the wider business units
- Assist showcasing and development of the Information Security brand
- Take ownership of challenges and issues that arise during campaigns and own escalations where necessary
- Communicate Information Security strategy to other pillars within the team, the business and group Entities
- Review Security policies to ensure they comply with Regulatory, Legal and Allianz Group requirements
