We are seeking to appoint an Estates Surveyor to join our Property Management team. You will join a busy and friendly team reporting to the Estates Manager at this world-leading organisation. This is an excellent opportunity to join an in house property function delivering comprehensive multi-disciplined Property Management solutions for the continued management of the diverse commercial and operational Met Office estate.

Working with the Estate Manager, this varied and busy role is responsible for providing professional advice for the effective management of the Met Office estate. This will involve a wide variety of tasks including rent reviews and lease renewal negotiations as well supporting the effective delivery of projects across a diverse property estate to enable the Met Office to successfully deliver its services to customers. The role requires close liaison with colleagues and customers across the Met Office as well as other Government Departments and external professional bodies. To be considered for this position it is essential you have, or are working towards, an RICS accredited degree.
