Our Installer Trainees work 4 days out of 6 which means you have 3 days off in the week to maintain a healthy work/life balance. We also offer overtime when required (within Driving Regulations) so there is potential to top up your earnings. Please find attached an example rota of your working week to help you see yourself in this role.
A typical day as a John Lewis Driver Installer Trainees will involve:
- Planning your schedule for the day
- Completing approximately 20 deliveries to our Customers’ homes
- Carrying out a complex installation in a Customer’s home
- Completing bespoke training – enabling your progression and increasing your earnings.
