Duties & Responsibilities
To deliver the operational training for Partners and Agency inclusive of induction and 5 week review. Identify and plan with operational departments and Resource Planning the skills and number of Agency required to meet peak demand. Maintain all training documentation from Standard Operating Procedures to training records.
This role requires the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders. You will deliver a motivational, inspiring and structured operational training package to Partners and Agency Workers within classroom and operational environments. You are a role model to Partners and Agency Workers.
Strong interpersonal and time management skills are required. You will be self motivated, use your initiative to make sound decisions and seek out opportunities for personal and business improvements.
Flexibility regarding hours/shifts worked will be required in order to fulfil the needs of the business.
*Skill Progression – operational training structure used primarily in MP1 and 2.
