Duties & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Support Desk Analyst to join our team at the Bracknell Head Office on a 12 month basis.
You will provide excellent customer service for all incidents and service requests to all our Suppliers and Commercial Partners.
You will be known for your ability to support and resolve all Partners and Suppliers queries across multiple directorates, multiple systems and multiple processes.
If you have a real passion for IT, super strong analytical and problem solving skills that you’re keen to put to great use and have core technical skills across a variety of systems, a natural drive to help others and acute curiosity and perseverance to identify issues and solutions, you’ll be a key member of our Support Desk team.
Develop an accurate understanding of supported systems.
Provide first class support for all end user incidents and service requests relating to Suppliers and Partners.
Be the first line of contact for our Suppliers outside of the Buying Teams.
Recognised for knowledge and demonstrates a strong awareness across all
Commercial systems and processes
Required essential experience skills and qualifications
Commercial systems understanding and usage.
Experience and relevant understanding of core processes in Commercial.
Written and Verbal communication.
Good understanding of Head Office functions and their high level responsibilities.
Required desirable experience skills and qualifications
Extensive Retail Commercial experience working in appropriate business functions.
