Job Description

Integrated Aluminium Components (IAC Ltd) is a subsidiary of Bespak. For more than 30 years we have specialised in deep draw transfer/progression pressing and rack anodising. We work closely with our pharmaceutical and cosmetic customers to share our knowledge and develop new products. We regularly introduce new pressing and anodising technology to ensure continuous improvements and innovations in the services we provide and the products we offer. 

As a FM Technical Projects Engineer you will be responsible for supporting the Effluent Process Upgrade project. You will be supported by the project manager and will be responsible for supervising and directing a range of operations during the construction at the site, including ensuring that all tradespeople and contractors are working together to an agreed plan and that progress is being made.

You will need to coordinate with contractors, employees from the manufacturing site as well as the facilities team who will work between Nelson and King’s Lynn. Therefore you will need excellent communication skills and be able to prioritise workload, the needs of the manufacturing site as well as project needs. 

Another key part of this role will be to support the facilities team by creating and updating an asset register of equipment within the plant for compliance and maintenance purposes.  

The skills, experience and knowledge we are looking for are:

• Educated to NVQ/HNC or equivalent in Construction Project Management &(Electrical/ Mechanical/Fabric).
• Demonstrable experience in Industrial Construction Project management.
• A good working knowledge of CDM regulations.
• Have an in-depth knowledge of building services engineering and the statutory obligations for an industrial manufacturing site.
• Experienced in working within Industrial and or Chemical manufacturing organisations.
