This role is responsible for the development, management and optimisation of the Individual Pensions Retirement Account (RA) Investment Proposition. This includes the development of the strategic and tactical planning for the development and maintenance of the investment proposition, the development of the investment roadmap, monitoring of market and competitor developments and shaping development of the Take To Market investment activity. This will be achieved by working alongside other proposition senior managers, colleagues from Investment Strategy & Execution (IS&E), Fund Manager Assessment and Distribution as well as stakeholders across the business. With the strategic platform proposition development through the Financial Planning & Retirement Lab (FP&R), this role is also central to shaping our future investment proposition. This role is key in ensuring advisers understand how our investment solutions meet their needs and those of their clients, relative to competitors and in directly supporting our Distribution colleagues, whilst managing BAU performance and conduct risk activities.

Assist in the development and manage the implementation of medium term plans for Product category in the context of the strategic direction, taking into account the business, commercial ,market ,customer advocacy and regulatory context.
Engage stakeholders in order to influence key business decisions.
Drive business performance through the generation of insightful information, using this to design and deliver customer focussed products and experience.
Build and maintain internal and external networks to optimise business results.
Deliver agreed initiatives to achieve continuous improvement to products and processes for the benefit of our customers.
Review, evaluate and mitigate potential risks.
