Job Description

As Best Practice Coordinator, you’ll bring innovative and creative thinking to change how we deliver and design our services. In this role you’ll be part of a team who look at information on how we currently design and deliver our service and work out what best practice looks like. You’ll then help decide how to transform this into our normal way of working by working with colleagues in service design or delivery teams. As you build relationships with people around the programme you’ll be able to establish the best ways to gather data, as well as working with our standard reports.

You’ll also be supporting the effort to make sure best practice ideas are turned into successful new products and processes and helping to make sure we’re delivering high-quality support to the people who need it.
