Duties & Responsibilities

Didsbury Administration Hub have multiple opportunities to join the Core Home Services team. 

This interesting and varied role is all about providing a seamless customer experience by processing customer orders correctly and efficiently ensuring our customers have a seamless shopping experience and we surpass their expectations. You will add huge value to the efficient and profitable running of your department and therefore have a fundamental impact on the success of the Partnership. 

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast paced working environment, have an unrelenting focus on providing the best customer service possible and be able to support and share success with fellow Partners.

Job Requirements

The requirements for this role include but are not limited to: 

● Maintain a flexible skill-set, ensuring ability to support all areas of the Admin Hub 
● Be brand ambassador delivering a customer service journey that is unrivalled in the marketplace, working closely with suppliers, estimators, fitter and Head Office 
● Confidently and competently use the tools, technology, systems and processes to drive sales and deliver great service to the customer 
● Delivers a seamless and personalised service experience that 
exceeds the customer’s expectation while supporting the delivery of sales and profit growth 

Required essential experience skills and qualifications

Excellent time management 
Confident and articulate 
Good at problem solving and conflict handling 
Good listening skills 
Good telephone manner and written word skills 
Keen to learn, ask questions and contribute to a team culture 
Flexible with a positive can do attitude
