Duties & Responsibilities
Can you successfully lead our Restaurant team? We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor (known internally as Team Leader) for our Odney Hotel in Cookham, to manage a large team to deliver excellent customer service across three restaurants and bar service. You will also as oversee event management, guest bookings, staffing levels and operations.
The role will suit an individual with strong leadership and communication skills, who enjoys taking pride in good customer service and have a passion for great food and drink.

All applicants must be over 18 and have bar/restaurant experience to supervisory status.
Must hold Level 2 NVQ Food Safety or be working towards it.

Ability to give clear instruction
Food Safety level .
Required desirable experience skills and qualifications
Hotel or customer service experience
Food Safety Level 3 (will be trained within 6 months)
