Job Description

We’re a market-leading publishing house and due to recent investment in the business, we’re looking to recruit for our established, award winning publications.

Responsibilities and Duties

Working in a busy team environment the main duties of the position will include:

  • Reception duties
  • Sales support
  • Updating CRM, databases and spreadsheets
  • Processing subscriptions
  • Dealing with account and subscription queries

Qualifications and Skills

  • Have an ability to pay close attention to detail, whilst working in a fast paced environment
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be PC Literate with demonstrable administration skills
  • Have a willingness to learn and develop
  • Be an innovative thinker, generating original solutions to problems
  • Have a strong work ethic, including the ability to work under pressure and to tight time scales, with imposed deadlines for the completion of the work.
