About the Role

It is a very exciting time for Leonard Cheshire's International Team with our

ambitious

but well-planned growth strategy beginning to gain momentum. We are looking for people to join us on this journey of growth. This is a significant opportunity for you to support the implementation of Leonard Cheshire's interventions in a new innovative programme whose aim is to improve well-being and inclusion of people with disabilities in low and middle income settings. This will be achieved through international development actors who are able to access new, innovative and effective approaches to supporting people with disabilities - with focus on jobs and livelihoods and improved and high-quality data, evidence and technical support on disability inclusion routinely used for decision making.

About You

We are looking for a talented individual to manage our new programme, Innovating Pathways for Employment Inclusion (IPEI) in 3 countries across Asia and Africa. This person will manage the programme, working closely with partner organisations and Leonard Cheshire teams in the countries to ensure the effective delivery, financial management, monitoring and reporting of the project.
