Background

Nearly five billion times a day, P&G brands touch the lives of people around the world. Whether they’re shaving with a Gillette Fusion ProGlide or Venus razor; washing their hair with Pantene or Head &
Shoulders; changing their baby’s Pampers nappy; cleaning the dishes with Fairy Liquid; or moisturising their face with Olay; people all over the world use P&G products every day. As the world’s largest consumer goods company, P&G has one of the strongest portfolios of trusted, globally recognised, market leading brands of any company in the world. The P&G community consists of around 100,000 employees working in around 70 countries across the globe.

The Innovation Centre in Egham is home to around 200 scientists and engineers responsible for innovating consumer products for a number of business areas including Health Care (Vicks) Oral Care (Oral-B), Grooming (Gillette) and Beauty Care (Olay). It has huge inter disciplinary experience and technical mastery in managing and innovating with highly regulated products. The site is a specialist Healthcare R&D Hub in Europe and also supports innovation in Grooming and our European Beauty Franchise business. There is a friendly, diverse culture at Egham, with a hands-on attitude to innovation.
