Living Wage Employer
Accredited Living Wage employers have been certified by the Living Wage Foundation. Evenbreak pays every employer higher than the real living wage.
Living Hours Employer
The Living Hours programme requires employers to both pay a real Living Wage and commit to provide at least four weeks’ notice for every shift, with guaranteed payment if shifts are cancelled within this notice period.

Evenbreak has joined forces with Jo’s Cervical Cancer Trust, the UK’s leading cervical cancer charity, and signed up to the Time to Test campaign to raise awareness of cervical screening and to support our colleagues to attend their appointments.
